This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase or use Services from www.worksprings.com (the “Site”).

APPS AND SERVICES

Worksprings is a company to assist you with strategic marketing consultation and related services.

We may collect the following information:

We do not store your credit card information. If you purchase the Service, your credit card information is processed and stored by Stripe (https://stripe.com/).

When you visit or log in to our website, cookies and similar technologies may be used by our online data partners or vendors to associate these activities with other personal information they or others have about you, including by association with your email or home address. We (or service providers on our behalf) may then send communications and marketing to these email or home addresses. HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any Orders placed and Services used through the Site (including processing your payment information, providing email services, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order and Services Information to:

In accordance with GDPR, as our customer, you can exercise your data subject rights to correct, modify or delete the Personal Data about you that Worksprings holds. If you would like to access, rectify or delete your Personal Data, please send a request to support@worksprings.com with the following information:

  • Your full name;

  • Your email address;

  • What you would like to request (a copy of your Personal Data, to amend your Personal Data or to permanently delete your Personal Data).

In case of submissions to delete Personal Data, we will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services.

BEHAVIOURAL ADVERTISING

As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. DATA RETENTION

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

HOW WE HANDLE MINOR’S INFORMATION

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly solicit or collect information from person’s under the age of 13. If we become aware that a person under the age of 18 has opened an account or provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete the account and any such personal information.

LEGAL COMPLIANCE

In certain situations, Worksprings may be required to disclose personal information in response to lawful by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement. We may disclose to: (a) conform to the law, comply with legal process served on us or our affiliates, or investigate, prevent, or take action regarding suspected or actual illegal activities; (b) to enforce our Terms of Service , take precautions, against liability, to investigate and defend ourselves against any third-party claims or allegations, to assist government enforcement agencies, or to protect the security or integrity of our site; and (c) to exercise or protect the rights, property, or personal safety of ourselves, our Services, customers, or others.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
