Worksprings Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase or use Services from (the “Site”).


Worksprings is an application that lets you unify and better manage your business and email accounts by making your mail available to you in one place on your device of choice (desktop, tablet, or mobile device). The Worksprings app used on your phone to interact directly with your mail provider over a secure connection to allow you to view, edit, manage, receive and send email on your mobile device.

We collect the following information:

  • Email address;

  • Gmail lifetime token (that allows Worksprings to load, by using Inbox SDK and not storing, Gmail’s API data, that can be found here);

  • Metadata (email headlines);

  • Gmail labels and individual email statuses like read/unread or star/unstar.

These scopes are limited to the use of data in providing and improving user-facing features that are prominent in Worksprings only. We do not transfer data for serving ads, including retargeting, personalized or interest-based advertising. Worksprings use of information received, and the application’s transfer of information to any other app, from Google APIs will adhere to Google’s Limited Use Requirements.


When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”

We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information.”

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information, Order Information, and personal information used while using our Services.

We do not store your credit card information. If you purchase the Service, your credit card information is processed and stored by Stripe (


We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any Orders placed and Services used through the Site (including processing your payment information, providing email services, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order and Services Information to:

Communicate with you;

Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and

When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information, marketing or advertising relating to our products or services.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

We also use the Device Information to assist us in optimizing campaigns and providing additional online marketing techniques for the purpose of advertising/retargeting our services to you.


We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.


In accordance with GDPR, as our customer, you can exercise your data subject rights to correct, modify or delete the Personal Data about you that Worksprings holds. If you would like to access, rectify or delete your Personal Data, please send a request to with the following information:

In case of submissions to delete Personal Data, we will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services.

It is your responsibility to keep your passwords private and secure. We strongly recommend against sharing your logins and passwords with others.

We take the protection of your information very seriously and employ measures through administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. We encrypt all data in transit and at rest. We take reasonable precautions to ensure the integrity and security of our network and systems, but cannot guarantee these security measures will prevent third parties from obtaining information by illegal actions or attacks.

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.


The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly solicit or collect information from person’s under the age of 13. If we become aware that a person under the age of 18 has opened an account or provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete the account and any such personal information.


In certain situations, Worksprings may be required to disclose personal information in response to lawful by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement. We may disclose to: (a) conform to the law, comply with legal process served on us or our affiliates, or investigate, prevent, or take action regarding suspected or actual illegal activities; (b) to enforce our Terms of Service , take precautions, against liability, to investigate and defend ourselves against any third-party claims or allegations, to assist government enforcement agencies, or to protect the security or integrity of our site; and (c) to exercise or protect the rights, property, or personal safety of ourselves, our Services, customers, or others.


We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons. We may update this Policy from time-to-time, so you should review this Policy periodically. When we change the Policy, we will update the ‘last modified date’ at the top of this policy. If we materially change our Policy, we will notify you of such changes by posting them on this page and/or by notification within our Services or via an email. Changes to this policy are effective when they are posted on this page. Your continued use of our Services after the revised Policy has become effective indicates that you have read, understood, and agree to the current version of the Policy.
